For weddings, you will receive a few sneak peek photos the day after your wedding as I know how important it is to share with friends and family. The entire gallery is delivered within 4 weeks of your wedding date.
For all other photo shoots, the turnaround time is 2 weeks.

For weddings, the deposit is not refundable, but it is transferrable to your new date! The sooner you let me know about your new date, the more likely I will be available. If your wedding is cancelled, the deposit is not refundable but it can transferred to a friend or family member, or used as a credit for a different shoot.
For all other photo sessions, the deposits are not refundable, but they are transferrable to new sessions. In the unlikely situation that Glass Rose Productions cancels the shoot, the deposit will be refunded.
On the day of the photoshoot, the client or Glass Rose Productions may opt to reschedule due to inclement weather (outdoor photoshoots only). If an available date cannot be agreed upon, the 20% booking fee will be refunded.

I take SO many precautions to protect your photos from technical failure and human error. My camera has a dual slot SD card insert, which is a fancy way of saying it writes to two cards every time I take a photo. This means the instant a photo is snapped there is already a backup. As soon as I get home from your wedding (no matter what time it is!) I backup all of your photos onto an external hard drive and a backup drive. I always keep these two backups until your gallery is delivered to you. I also bring backup batteries, backup SD cards, backup lenses, and a backup camera should anything corrupt or break.

Do not fret! If you don't see a package that aligns with your wedding plans, then let me know exactly what your vision is and I can give you a custom estimate for your day.

I am always open to trying new locations, so if you have somewhere in mind let me know! I have a handful of outdoor locations that I love and can recommend to you. I also have a home studio that is always an option. There are also other studio options (Mint Room Studios, Park Hill Studios, etc.) at an additional cost. Your home or backyard is also always an option. Newborn sessions in particular are beautiful when shot in your home.

YES! The answer is always yes! But please let me know ahead of time so if we’re in a studio I can make sure dogs are allowed. I recommend bringing a friend or family member to hold and manage your dog during the shoot so we are able to get photos with and without the dog with no stress.
Newborn Photos FAQ’s
-
I shoot newborn photos between the ages of 3-90 days. My personal preference is 1-3 weeks old, because I find it’s the perfect balance for allowing mom time to recover, and still having the newborn size and look. However, the decision is totally up to you! The younger the newborn, the more sleepy and flexible they are during the shoot. The older the newborn (usually in the 50-90 day age range) the more likely we will get a smile and giggle. It’s all about what moments you want to capture, and your personal preference!
-
Do not stress about your baby ‘behaving’ during the shoot! They are going to cry, they are going to get hungry, and they will need breaks, and that’s totally fine! The newborn photo session times are longer than regular sessions to allow for breaks. There is time to allow the baby to cry, eat, and be tended to, so don’t panic.

We want to shoot in a room with natural window light if possible. So it’s great to open the blinds in the nursery or whichever room we are shooting in. The less clutter the better, so remove any items you don’t want in the photos from the nursery (even if that means just stuffing them in the hallway or closet) because we will be shooting at different angles around the room. I always encourage moms to feed a few minutes before the shoot, although like mentioned above, we will stop for any additional feeding breaks, so don’t worry if your baby isn’t hungry before the shoot!
-
I have a basket, clothing items, and props that I bring. I also love to use any items you already have in the home as far as blankets, cradles, cribs, etc. We can discuss this ahead of time so you can choose what kind of items you would like me to bring.
-
All family members are welcome to join in on the shoot! Siblings, pets, grandparents, anyone you’d like. If you have a group larger than 5, please let me know ahead of time so that I can adjust our timing to make sure everyone has time for photos.
Maternity Photo FAQ’s
-
Maternity sessions typically happen anywhere between 28-35 weeks. The sweet spot is typically 30-32 weeks, but if you’re having multiples, I recommend before 30 weeks. The goal is to have the shoot when your bump is full, but you are still comfortable enough to walk, move around, and enjoy your shoot.

If you’d like, you can bring your ultrasound photos, baby shoes, a onesie, or any other little props - but it is totally optional!
